I've been using namecheap for years now. Few months ago I hosted another site, a blog on the same server.

My problem right now is that the two sites cannot be accessed by Glo users in Nigeria, especially on mobile. It can be accessed from anywhere, any device or any browser except Glo users.

I contacted namecheap, they said it's the ISP. I contacted Glo, they said my site can't be reached at all, even with other ISP (which is false).

I'm confused on what to do, anyone have any idea on how I can solve this please?
