I have a business proposal, and i need a good network Engineer or rather a service provider or guys who are into this to help me.
I am thinking of setting up a Hotspot internet cafe in one of the south western state (Not Lagos) and i need to know so many things.

1)the best, and most cost effective ISP that can offer me good service.

2)Best Hotspot management company/or rather billing software, more secured and easy to use.

3) I am hoping for a 2km Antenna and i want to know the costing and every other technical information

4)Also a good power inverter (this is so important)

NB: Please i want the whole stuff to be a mobile thing for instance if i am in a place and i want to completely relocate, then i can do that easily without much hassles.
