  Guys and girls, please i need help with my printer, it scans but won't print, whenever i put it on, it always displays "unable to clean" and won't move to the next page, so does anyone know what i should do or can someone recommend a an engineer who's good at fixing printers?

  I have already followed the instructions that i found on brother website and other sites, yet nothing changed, i brought out the ink absorber, washed it, refilled the empty inks but it still won't work, so i really need help with this printer oo before i vex break am (haven't even used it since i bought it from someone on this forum).
