your charging port is faulty...kindly take your device to carlcare service center .........note you will be charged for the cost

The infinix hot 4 in my house is saying allow xxxx access to photo,media and files on ur device and if allow is clicked,it will direct u to open settings etc. At that point I'm lost.

What's the problem with the phone. How did it happen so it can be prevented. I know it's the kids that did something cos it's their phone but I didn't know what they did and how to solve the problem either and I just can't be allowed to rest in peace.
