This showed up on his neck yesterday (just 2spots) and alas today it's spread everywhere... He is in great pain and crys alot... His mum took him to the hospital today and skineal was administered with ibuprofen. Please what can we do to make him feel better.... Lalastical please FP please.......

Ma'am, since the treatment started today, I don't think you should be seeking for other solutions. Stick to what the doctor administered at least for a week and see how it works, hope you're not expecting the drugs to perform miracle immediately?. dingbang:Don't you think she would've been told that in the hospital if it's monkey pox?. |

Pls visit a paediatrician early tomorrow in a government hospital prefarably a consultant. A lot of general doctors dont know anything. I know for a fact that paediatricians dont administer skineal to kids because it continue steriods. Take all the drugs given to you along. I remember my daughter had something similar on her hands and I was asked to buy a small tube cream almost 7k but very small it took a few days but it cleared without spots. I can't give you the name as u need to see a specialist and if its serious a dermatologist. Goodluck |

There is one tree called "ijikala " in igbo. don't know if I got the spelling but is very effective. boil the leaves in water,use it and bath the baby and also give him some to be drinking as water.. the thing Will clear within 2days. |
