JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Website Maintenance (Regular Updates, Monitoring and Maintenance)
• Provide 1st level Technical support to internal customers(departmental support)
• Basic System/Networking Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Prepare and Collate Appropriate Documentation and Reporting (Internal Communication).

JOB SKILLS


• Must be a self-starter with multi-tasking ability.
• Must possess good communications skills.
• Must be comfortable with the use of the Internet.
• Good Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer Systems/Networking Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics /Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Experience  in System/Network Technical Support
• Recent Graduates/NYSC can apply.
