today. i was on the glo 3gb data for 1000 valid for 30 days plan before it exhausted half way.

i reload 1000 and it automitially activated for glo data mass 1gb data 14days. initially when i got the SMS i thought it was auto renewal for the previous plan not until i saw 14 days validity for 1gb data.

i on data to open operamini then search google for glo customer care number. the 121 said number not allocated at first. but i keep on trying it before it went true. i complained to the guy that i never activatated data mass. and according to the activation it said pre-activation meaning auto renewal and i was on the glo data mass before which is not true.

i was on the glo 3gb before it exhausted and not glo mass. the excuses he give he said i dialed *777# and i mistaking activated glo data mass.

it was auto activated the minute i load the airtime. the next thing he said is i am sorry it can not be recurred back since i already on data.

Hmm... You must have reloaded using *223* instead of *123*

It happened to me 2 weeks ago. I saw the option of using *223* to reload data directly hoping it'll just activate data on my existing package but instead i got 1gb data with validity of 14 days on datamax....

I used that same *223* to recharge thinking it'll just give me 3.2gb

they are criminal. they would have stated it on the recharged card that its for 1gb 14 weeks. i first tried *123# it says pin incorrect. in the next try i used *223# instead.
