He is Allah, As-Samee&"&" (the All-Hearing), Al-Baseer (the All-Seeing).
O Allah, As-Samee&", hear and answer our supplications. You can see our actions, our inability to full our duties properly, and our need of You alone.

He hears all sounds and voices, whether they are weak or strong. He recognises all of them and does not mix the voices of the different people who are asking Him.
&"As-Samee&", Al-Baseer&" (the All-Hearing, All- Seeing) ... He hears your voice, so take account of your actions. And He hears your supplications, so keep supplicating over and over again. He observes your actions, for nothing is hidden from Him, so be righteous, for Allah loves those who are righteous
