Locate the sickle cell employee close to facilities that they may need access to (e.g toilet, kitchen, exit door). This will improve productivity by all means.

Provide access to plenty of water which an employee with sickle cell will need to drink. This will mean that the employee takes a lot of water will need to go toilet regularly and have other breaks.

Fix handrails in case you have staircases to allow easy passage and support when climbing or descending the stairs.It is also important to keep passageways uncluttered. This will help in making the passages free of unnecessary things and enhance airflow.
