just power up a bulb and charge a phone

Thats a waste if energy, you can charge your phone from battery using the right converter and also power dc bulb

you do not need inverter to charge phone our power bulb.

get a good car charger to charge your phone from battery.
for lighting, get an old lamp and use car charger to power it with a series diode.
