I counted about 22 police checkpoints while travelling from port harcourt to Aba . Is this right or just greed?The inspector General of police should revisit the issue of checkpoints ,the extortion is getting out of hand . The annoying thing is that you can not drive for 5 minutes without running into a badly placed roadblock.what kind of country is this . IG please come to our rescue. |
