LASACO is a legitimate insurance company owned by Lagos State govet. However, u are nt payed as a civil servant. I worked there briefly this yr. the challenge you will hv as a risk advisor is meeting targets. You will required to search every nook n cranny to get pple to subscribe to insurance packages. D problem is dt Nigerians are nt favourably disposed towards insurance.

1. You will do written test
2. If u pass, u will be contacted for oral interview (corporate dressing required)
3. If u pass dt, u will be summoned for 2 or 3 (cant rmba) days training
4. U will be assigned to a manager
5. Ur first month is a trial month. U are nt a staff yet until u meet ur first month's target (2.5million naira in insurance money)
6. If u do, ur first month's salary wil be around 125, 000 plus plenty bonuses (tv, freezer etc). If u dnt, bye bye
