1)EARLY MORNING: Check out traffic to work and school.
2)MID MORNING. :Check to see if neighborhood is "simply
quiet" or dangerously "deserted"thus prone
to BURGLARY !
3)EARLY EVENING. : Check out traffic from work/school.
4) MID EVENING : Check to appraise NIGHT life in the area
is safe with flourishing neighborhood
stores OR is the neighborhood infested
with miscreants/layabouts who can pose
security challenges.
5) LATE EVENING. :Check to see General SECURITY of the
Neighborhood to see any SURPRISES or
distractions that can endanger your
sleep and peace thus making your
family run under the bed for COVER.
