The Kectil Program was created to identify and nurture highly talented youth in developing countries who have the potential to make a positive difference in their communities and countries.

There is great enthusiasm for the 2018 Kectil Program from youth in many developing countries! Youth from 40 countries have already completed their applications! Join the tidal wave of talented youth who want to innovate, become entrepreneurs, advance the quality of life in their communities, and raise the bar for ethical government and women’s roles in society. To allow youth to complete their applications and their first assignments (selecting another potential youth leader), MKFF and The Kectil Program will keep the application portal open until NOVEMBER 30, 2017. Youth (aged 17-26) in least developed and developing countries who have demonstrated a talent and passion for leadership, scholarship or innovation, are proficient in English and have access to a computer and the internet.
