Lagos State Police Command Appoints New Spokesperson Chike Godwin Oti has been appointed as spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command. Oti would be taking over from Olarinde Famous-Cole, an Assistant Superintendent of Police. According to available information, Oti is from Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
