• Good first degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration
• MBA will be added advantage

Professional Requirement
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Age: 30 – 35 years.

• Employee welfare
• Employee Relations
• Co-ordinate performance management
• Employee records
• Liaison with Employers’ Federation and other trade/statutory bodies

Skills & Competences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer/numeric skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience as HR generalist in the manufacturing sector.
• Sound knowledge of HR principles and labour legal environment.
