Yesterday at the 40th #ABU Convocation ceremony, GMD NNPC, Dr. Maikanti Kacalla Baru announced an #NNPC postgraduate scholarship up to doctorate level to the 2016/17 best graduating student of the University, 23-yr-old Al-amin Bashir Bugaje, who scored a CGPA of 4.93 in Electrical Engineering(Source: NNPC FB page) Bugaje who kickstarted his stellar academic journey with a CGPA of 4.92 maintained the winning streak in his 5-year stay at the university. Earlier 2017, he clinched the 1st position in a NIGCOMSAT national competition held in Abuja.
