However, there is a precedent for such a case in Nigeria. It was between Cynthia Morgan and one lady that I can't remember her name, the name in contention was popori. The lady had a song named popori and Cynthia Morgan just released a song titled same. She sued Cynthia and She won. So Victor Uwaifo would win if he takes the case to court because of the name.
