Busted!!! Caught on Camera, See how this well-dressed man distracted people to Steal a phone

This incident happened at Amuwo odofin, Festac, Lagos.
Problem with most Nigerian outlet is installing a cctv camera whose quality is very low that it can barely show clear faces of people captured.
All you can see is shadows because it wont be easy for people to identify this guy. He has friends who have friends.
