LOCATION: LAGOS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Promoting and selling the various products offered by the company. • Track record of developing and growing key accounts. • Initiate & drive in store & online promotions with customers. • Completes work timely & accurately. • Comfortable in pressure environment with tight deadlines on reporting and sales delivery. • Weekly reporting on sales • Comfortable with presentations & cold calling to develop access control & electronic lock business. • Specify & calculate electronic lock offerings for customers. • Product training with clients and staff. • Advise on stock requirements to ensure we have correct stock requirements. • Identify new customers with correct market strategy highlighting opportunities that will grow business. • Maintaining relationship with the existing clients. • Presenting the product in a structured professional way to potential clients. • Gathering market and customer information. • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer. • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. • Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock. • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system. • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. • Gaining a clear understanding of customers business and requirements. • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. • Feeding future buying trends onto the system. • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleague. • Good base salary with commission.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 5years experience in electronic security sales industry. • Ability to carry and setup display stands. • Good customer relations. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services • Proven ability to position products against competitors • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to put together retail type offerings as well as negotiate with traditional & online retailers. • Product development strategy.
