Millions of persons worldwide are expected to make dietary changes and use medications to to mangae high blood pressure. Which is better or more effective? Dietary changes or medications? This was the aim of a recent clinical trial by researchers from John Hopkins University School of Medicine.

There is a boundary you cross that you need medication , exercise and good food to stay alive.

Clearly, some people do NOT need medications at all...Only the will to make life style changes such as salt reduction n exercise.
