VACANCY
We are a fast-growing company located in Sango-Ota in Ogun State. We have diverse investment in Oil and Gas, Hospitality Services and Beverages and Beers distributorship. Due to the expansion of our business activities we need the following for immediate employment. This job description sets out the duties of the position at the time that it was drawn up. Such duties will change from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or level of responsibility entailed. Such variations are a common occurrence and cannot by themselves justify a reconsideration of the position, salary, job title or grade.
HEAD OFFICE
Group Accountant
Job Description
This is a new role for an accountant that has been already in his/her PE 1 or 2. The individual will have responsibility for the Group’s consolidated management accounts, budgets, and forecasts and will have significant involvement in financial planning, analysis. The role will work closely with the Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Main Responsibilities
• Timely and accurate preparation of the annual statement of accounts in conjunction with the Managing Director
• To complete final accounts of the subsidiaries of the group.
• Management and consolidation of final accounts and reporting to the MD on monthly basis
• To liaise with subsidiary heads and sales accounts officers in respect of the monthly reconciliation of operation accounts of the company
• Balance sheet and cash flow forecast modeling

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences or any business related discipline.
• PE1,2 or Recently Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) highly desirable
• Highly numeric/strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced level spreadsheet skills and PC literacy
• Drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges
• Strong written reporting skills
• Confident communication skills

Aptitudes and Personal Attributes
• Ability to communicate financial issues effectively to a wide range of officers and members
• Ability to set priorities, organize and delegate workloads and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage and motivate people to achieve the best value under demanding and changing conditions

OIL AND GAS
Sales Account Officer (ND/NCE, Computer literate)
Job Description
• Manage stock of retail and bulk items, and the cash
• Monthly stock reconciliation of 1-10, 11-20, 21-30,31
• Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
• Make sure pricing is correct and work on store displays
• Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
• Identify and provides suggestions on market trends that appeal to customers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
• Must have PC skills, including the ability to use Peachtree Accounting Package and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have customer service skills
• Minimum of two years working experience

WAREHOUSE
Driver Salesman (OND, NCE, HND + Valid Driver’s License)
Job Description
This job position holder must have good knowledge of Sango-Ota and Ifo Town axis, ability to locate and identify bars and restaurants within this territory is highly desirable.

Job duties, Skills, and Abilities
• Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts
• Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services
• Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes
• Write customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines
• Call on prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business
• Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record





Cashier (OND/NCE, Computer literate)
Job Description
This job position holder will be responsible for receiving and disbursing money. Usually involves the use of electronic scanners (Mercury bulb), cash registers, or related equipment. She/he will involve in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating cheques.
Job duties, Skills, and Abilities
• Payment by cash, cheques, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Receive Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change, compute and record totals of transactions
• Greet customers entering establishments. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Resolve customer complaints, answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies
• Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales
• Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions, compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records
• Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks, request information or assistance using paging systems
• Post charges against guests' or patients' accounts
• Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.
HOSPITALITY SERVICES (Hotel and Suites)
Hotel Front Desk Officers (OND/NCE)
Job Description
This job holder must be to perform pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests. She/he must check guests in and out; make room reservations and track and report room statuses and rates. She/he must be available to all guests who need to report a complaint or request a service. She/he must possess the ability to complete diverse tasks in order to maintain an efficient front desk area of any hotel. She/he must provide the room(s) for guests with or without reservations. This includes servicing same-day reservations as well as pre-registered guests. She/he must provide information about available rooms and rates, furnish room keys and hotel information, and process payments. She/he must be responsible for balancing cash accounts and ensuring that all checkout payments balance at the end of their shift.
Job duties, Skills, and Abilities
• Attention to detail and strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of customer service is highly desirable
• Strong mathematical skills are needed in order to complete payment processing and bookkeeping responsibilities
• Using oral and written communication skills to register and accommodate guests
• Managing guest service requests
• Processing cash or credit card payments
• Maintaining updated information on room availability, reservations, and guest messages
• Understanding how to use hotel Property Management Software (PMS) systems
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping processes
• Ability to complete light maintenance duties if needed
Bar Attendants (SSCE)
Job Description
The job holder must have knowledge of how to mixes and serves alcoholic beverages in a licensed establishment, such as a bar, nightclub, restaurant or hotel. A Bar Attendants needs technical knowledge to do their job, does not require any formal education
Job duties, Skills, and Abilities
• She/he must be able to provide customer service
• She/he must be to prepare beverages
• She/he must be able to take food orders for those sitting at the bar and ensuring these orders get communicated to the kitchen staff.
• She/he must be able to take and prepare multiple orders at a time, such as drink orders, food orders, etc.
• She/he must often be the last line of defense in preventing an excessively drunk customer from pushing themselves past their limit.
• She/he must have social perceptiveness to see when a customer is too drunk and must take the appropriate actions to ensure their safety.
• She/he must be able to always keep the bar clean and follow health regulations of food and beverages standard
House Keepers (SSCE)
Job Description
The beauty of hotels depends highly on the image that they project to guests. This individual’s job must ensure that each part of the hotel premises, including all nooks and crannies, are properly cleaned and maintained. It is important that he or she is organized and meticulous in what he or she does. A spot of dust on a table or a cobweb behind a curtain is not acceptable. It is these minor details that hotel housekeepers need to look out for on a regular basis. In addition to this, it is imperative for a hotel housekeeper to be predictably available in case a guest requires assistance. Inspect vacated rooms to determine the need to clean and maintain them.
Job duties, Skills, and Abilities

• Empty waste paper bins and ashtrays and ensure that proper waste management procedures are followed, especially for kitchen waste
• Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels in bathrooms
• Wash and disinfect bathrooms on a daily basis by using the correct mixture of cleaning and sanitization liquids
• Clean and sanitize hallways, lobbies, and offices and ensure that appropriate boards such as those to warn about wet floors are placed properly
• Perform maintenance work such as repairing loose wires and changing light bulbs
• Clean closets and door tracks on check out rooms and ensure that correct amount of hangers are placed within
• Report any security (lost and found) issues or problems to the Hotel Manager.
