I am on 100% data bonus for 6 months . However my last subscription I could not use my bonus, I called customer care to complain.

Since after that call I could no longer make calls but I can receive calls. I am a regular customer. Even up to this moment , I'm being reminded that I am on 100% data bonus.

.So why can't I use my use my bonus and make calls . I can browse with night plan. What is wrong with my line

That line is very important to me.

My data is about to expire and can't call to explain.

Pls don't tell me reregister cos I've done that 3 times.

Am in the village , no office around here .

Imagine I have 750mb and i borrowed a friend's phone to post this.


Please airtel fix my line.
