With this, you will receive alert from Google anytime there is a news of a company planning to expand to Nigeria/state of residence. Read the details of the expansion and reach out to the company via email, LinkedIn or even tweet at someone from the company on how you are good fit for their expansion. If you do this often, you will get a company who is willing to give you a shot
