Pls,I need someone with a windows 7 or windows xp enabled system or laptop to click this link for me please http://192.168.137.81:8080/ on chrome or internet explorer .Im trying to test a new plug-in on the chrome and explorer softwares.I would have clicked it myself,but I don't have a windows xp or 7 laptop or computer nearby.

That link you posted can only be accessed from your LAN not over the internet.
