its adviceable you stop eating egg,edpecially fried egg,its health wise related.

Even though I believe the methods will be extremely delicious but the nutrients especially from the vegetables are long dead due to frying and overcooking. The best way to cook vegetables in any recipe is put it into the cooking pot after cooking and cover it so as to how the heat from the food to soften it and make it palatable, by doing that you will have an extremely nutritiously delicious meal begging to be digested
