Igboblog:Did U later sort the problem out? i also experienced similar thing but when i sent a mail to their customer care, i was told that i have 5 atm cards actively attached to my account. i was really mad at them cos i dn't hav more than 1 atm card. they have not since replied my mail bt i will give them 2 weeks b4 reporting them to the consumer protection department of cbn. |
