A formerly overweight couple succeeded in shedding close to half their body weights in just one year and they've shared photos to show the transformation achieved in just 12 months. Tira and her husband Patrick Charles weighed so much in December 2016 but they managed to bring that under control by doing Barre workouts. It's paid off and the couple took a photo wearing the exact same swimsuits they wore in Decmber 2016 to show how much weight they've lost.
