SCIENCE IN THE BIBLE..

Modern science was still very far off, yet these things were in the Bible over 2,000 years ago. Since God spoke to the prophets, the only way they could have written such accurate information, is if they came from the Creator Himself! The Bible is RIGHT!

Earth Suspended in Space.

"He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing." -- Job 26:7.

We can see that the Bible correctly noted that the earth is suspended in space, and this was written more than 3,000 years ago. While ancient scientists thought that the earth is carried on the shoulders of Atlas or on the back of a giant turtle. What has scientist discovered today? that the earth is suspended in space, this was a little bit late in coming. The force of "gravity" is still not understood, and it is quite reasonable to believe that God Himself holds it in the assigned place in His creation just as Job noted. Is the Bible fresher than tomorrow's discoveries? You tell me.

Name the scientist and the person that proposed the theory. The year it was proposed and how it was used by the ancient scientist or shut you lying mouth.

they believed that the earth rested on elephants that stood on a giant turtle that is surrounded by a snake.

they believed earthquakes were caused by the moving of the elephants.
