1. Administrative Jobs: go for Certification in CISM, Inventory/Warehousing Mgt., Shipping Mgt. Etc

Alternatively, pick a PGD in Logistic &Transport Mgt. Uniport offers this course &its just 9months, Lectures Delivered on a modular system effectively, just to round-up the programme in a record time.

2. Technical jobs: These jobs are meant for Marine Engineers, Sailors (Chief-Mates) Officers on-board &they were trained as cadet at young age in Maritime schools across the Globe.
You don't fit in here cos u lack the basics Technically Based on Science.

Under this technical, we have other casual workers such as stewards, Cooks, AB (Able seaman), J.O.S, Oiler etc on-board Vessel/Ship

It is Novelle I know, If you want NEBOSH at least they have been on existence for some time now. I think they have been approved by British Council to offer such trainings.

OceanTrain should or may be a new Training company approved to offer NEBOSH/HSE training services. I'm not sure cos I haven't come across them before &I'm very conversant with companies offering HSE, Oil&Gas training services to clients in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

By the way, where are you based?

But you have to do underground checks on a company before patronizing them, so you may not waste your money on Cert. that is worthless from a mushroom training Centre.
