Focus: Avoid Blemish

WORD FOR TODAY
An element of the sinful nature in the life of a man is regarded to be blemish. The fact that you were brought with a price (precious blood of Jesus Christ) makes it paramount for you to avoid blemish!!!

"And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight" (Colossians 1:21-22 NKJV).

The evil one the devil is satisfied with whatever you are doing no matter how spiritual it appears to be in as much you are doing it with blemish. The name of the Lord has become an object of scorn due to various blemishes in lives of many so called Children of God.

We were told of the days when employers of labour seek for brethren in the church to hold sensitive positions in their companies. It is no longer so these days just because of blemish found in the lives of some people. Also, we were told about a taxi driver in Ibadan-Nigeria who returned a huge amount of money meant for the salary of some set of workers. He shone as Light; glory and Honour was ascribed to God on his behalf.

To many; it is unbelievable but this lifestyle established the fact that not all men are corrupt; there are still righteous people in the land even in these days. You too in your placement preserve the lagacy of righteousness and holiness. Avoid Blemish!!!

+ Can people ascribe Glory to God for your life?
