A neighbour is fun of beating his children of let say 10 and 4 years old for not being able to recite what they were taught back in school during the day while his wife watch helplessly. He's fun of doing this every blessed evening. Wiping the children with tick belt and the child dare not cry out. Please help save this children from this monster called father. To know book is not by force.
