Baba pray not to be a victim..those guys have everything to back their stories up..from farm tanks to ship. Word on the street came so myself and two friends teamed up traveled to warri and we met with one crew some years back (that time hustle slow die n no work yet)the head was an assistant resident pastor of one of these popular churches (i no fit mention).. i was almost getting involved in fact i don dey help them source clients through some contacts in the oil industry when i know .. i actually thought it was real but i began suspecting foul play when i received a soft copies of their documents (i actually stole it from their emails), not because it was fake but because the figures were too irregular. I have a father (not biological) who is a public figure in same Warri and i have little knowledge of how the figures are regulated.. I had to run after spending 1 week and some money before i enter trouble as i code say them way no pure . As i read this guy's ordeal i'm just thinking if it could be the same crew or maybe its the way they operate Bros no let them catch ur enemy when get money oo!

I think it might be greed that affected him
even though u don't have any business acumen
just get a good property lawyer from a well known chamber
just keep buying houses up and down
and be earning ur money back from rent
and build a farming estate in your home town and retire there
and even though you are not investing
u can't spend 1.5 billion naira finish if you are a moderate or ijebu spender u can't spend it finish till deaths call.

Even when people see a spiritualist who called themselves pastors, they fall for them and later come back to abusing genuine men of God...People should shine their eyes before dabbling into any church..Genuine pastors don't trade in business they however give counsel on every matter..

Okocha lost a similar amount to a failed bank (SGBN). Was it a pastor or the Saraki family that was behind it?

I was in school when this news made headline in 2012. You don't know anything. I was even the one that pointed it out on the other thread about fundraising for him for his mental disorder that a PASTOR ruined him to this state. I also encouraged people to do some googling to find out. SHUT UP PLEASE. Not everybody is emotionally and mentally displaced like you without using his or brain.
you are blessed!!! i read this story almost a year ago, i was so touched.....am even surprised it is just getting to nairaland.

Common sense will make anyone figure that whosoever defrauded Oruma used the character of a pastor to have his/her way just like those yahoo boys on Facebook masquerading as costum officers and claiming they have tons of cars for sale.

You are very correct. Scammers disguising as reputable people.

Moreover, that a man cunningly got a pulpit and so called congregation doesn't make him a pastor.

Exposure doesn't translate to being educated.

Same way Schooling doesn't translate to education.

In Nigeria, There's zero education.

anybody way pastor chop maga na odoyor. God does not need money for anything. If pastor can not only preach and pray he should leave it. any pastors asking for money please withdraw. they ask for this money in many forms. get sense abeg my people.

notwitstanding, the things hausa muslims day do bad well well o. people are dying o.

this government no care about the dead o because they are Christians. on January 1st little girls were raped in the north in the church and a man was killed while others were beaten an injured. today that is history.

after that 75 people were also killed in Benue. that one also became history.
this is just the 12th day of this year. many other unreported attacks are going on against Christians and no one is talking. the people we call pastors and daddies do no care about us o. they keep quiet while little hausa boys go ahead slaughtering Christians.
they pretend as if they do not know what is happening but they are fully aware.
this is organized crime against Christians oh. Make una open una eyes oh. take a clue from the middle east and Sudan and see how they have cleansed those placed of Christians and non-muslims.

At its peak, between 1930 and 1950 the Jewish community in Sudan numbered between 500 and 1000 people. In 1956 Sudan gained independence and hostility towards the Jewish Community began to grow.[4] From 1957 many members of the community began to leave Sudan for Israel (via Greece), America and other European countries - primarily Britain and Switzerland. In 1967 after the Six Day War anti-Semitic attacks began to appear in Sudanese newspapers, advocating the murder and torture of prominent Jewish Community leaders.[4] By 1970 almost all of the Jewish community had left Sudan.

In 1977 an air-transfer of a few human remains from the Jewish Cemetery in Khartoum was organised by several prominent members of the community and reburial was arranged in Jerusalem. As of 2005 there were at least 15 Jewish graves left in the Jewish Cemetery at Khartoum.[5] However, in recent years even these have been desecrated and the site was used as a dumping ground for used car parts. In the last year efforts have been made to preserve and clean up the cemetery.[6] The site of the much older Jewish Cemetery in Omdurman is unknown. The Synagogue was sold and demolished in 1986 and a bank now occupies the site.

Very soon dem go wipe us all oh. make una wake up oh. Benue is the link between the North and the east. after benue na the full east dem go enter oh.
u r right, East is dere target next.
