There are many foods we love to eat daily but are slowly killing us. Have you ever wandered why people living in the village tend to live longer than city people? Some people say it is because of the stress of the city. I strongly disagree because in the city, there are several means of transportation and you can not compare an hour on the farm to 30 minutes in the market. The farm is more stressful yet most of those people live longer.
This is because of the amount of natural foods they eat. These foods help to keep them stronger and keep building white blood cells. Meanwhile, in the city, we are slowly killing each other by taking some foods. Food experts warn that deep-fried foods increases risks of having cancer and inflammatory conditions.
Many people think they are eating well yet these foods that are slowly killing them make majority of their diets. Try to reduce your intake the following foods:

1. Soda: The popular soda you drink daily: coke contains about 100 tablespoons of sugar in each bottle. Excess intake of sugar can cause diabetes, obesity and many other forms of diseases. It can causes tooth decay, stomach upsets and affect your waist line. The worst part is that it lacks nutritional benefits.
2. Canned Tomato sauce: Popularly called Tin Tomato by mist Nigerians, canned tomato sauces increases chances of having diabetes, obesity, artery diseases and dental decay. Canned tomato have
secret sugar source which, of course, increases level of sugar in take and make one susceptible to these diseases.
Before purchasing or using a canned tomato sauce, check the sugar contents or better still make your own tomato sauce from home. Buy fresh peppers and make your tomato sauce. Sidt drinks also contain heavy doses of food dye and preservative. That's why experts support the mixing of 100% fruit juices with sodas.
