Good Evening dear nairalanders!

I activated my first bank ATM card, verve to be precise for online transaction since 2016 but for once I have never had success while trying to pay bills with it, I do get the token sent to my phone but once I have inputed the token in the merchant site for continuation of the said transaction and error message always popped up. I have gone to first bank several times to complain that despite my ATM card is enabled for online transactions i still can't transact with it online.
Though my account type is student account, I don't know whether that is the reason for the problem even the first bank staffs themselves are confused telling me to change my pin several times. pls who has ever encountered this problem before?
