@JOE GALVIN'S BLOG Luck ran out of some thieves as they where caught in the early hours of today in delta state, the thieves who stole electric cables where caught and are been held by the community authority. Report reaching us that the thieves had a successful operation but she caught as they tried to hide the stolen cables.
