Pls I need to know if it's a must to still provide Guarantors for a Bank loan after providing a Landed property as collateral. I am applying for a loan from Microfinance Bank, they have done in depth evaluation of my existing business and confirm it's viable enough to repay the loan but they're demanding for two Guarantors with very strict conditions. Few persons I've approached are scared. Pls I need your advise, thanks |
