OK ma, you are right. As a frequent traveller, its as easy as to walk into a supporting bank and submit documents.
But you misconcepted the sentences
as we are also saying the same thing.

But the FAQ says Opening a bank account as a foreigner I.e a non-resident who does not reside or has ever been to the united States.
