The Foundation for an ultra-modern 8,500 capacity International Worship Centre has been layed in Akwa Ibom State.

The centre which would serve as a ralling point for religious activities within and outside the state is located at Banking Layout, Off Udo- Udoma Avenue, Uyo.

Please i don't think this is what Akwa Ibom people needs in a time as this. Akpabio came and built a multi billion dollar stadium that's been enjoyed by the super eagles. Now the present governor is building another 8,500 capacity worship centre, yet Akwa Ibom sons and daughters are scattered all over the country as house helps.
How many factories are fully functional in A. I. Considering the fact that at a time it was the highest oil producing state in this country.
The simple question here is "what are the direct economi-impact of these white elephant projects to the people of Akwa Ibom? ".
