Get a Toyota Corolla 2004-2007. You won't regret it. Easy to maintain and fuel economical. Any other advice apart from this will strain your salary. Don't say I didn't tell you.
You can get a Nigerian used within that budget

Buy a Honda V4. Fuel economical and it's easy to maintain...

That's not true. With due diligence he can get a good non problematic Car. More so the brand I suggested is not known for any serious and costly fault that cannot easily be rectified by even our road side mechanics. Not all Nigeria used cars are being sold cos they are faulty.Due diligence during the purchase is tgr key

buy a reasonable car.
if u wan buy 2008 honda .na like 2.8m
dont let the words noting to fix deceive u o.
if possible sef save money like 300k
buy camry 2.4 toks
or u go for suv with ground clearing cause of bad roads
