Top 10 Upcoming Smartphones – Smartphone manufacturers seem to be unrelenting in their bid to outdo one another and provide new options to their ever wiling customers. It is almost impossible to keep up with the rate at which new devices are being released by the major players in the smartphone market – the moment you upgrade to the latest phone, a better one seems to get released.

To help you make a decision whether to upgrade to that phone that caught your eye in 2017 or wait for the next best thing 2018 has to offer, we have compiled a list of the top 10 best smartphones that are likely to be released this year.

Google Pixel 3

Google is not letting up after the relative success of their debut smartphones in 2017. This year, the technology giant is poised to release three different smartphones which they hope would rival anything Apple has to offer.

The three smartphones expected to drop on 4th October are codenamed “Crosshatch, Albacore and Blueline”, and they are expected to run on the yet to be released Android 9.0 P. They are expected to feature the trending 18:9 pOLED screen powered by the ultra-fast Snapdragon 845 processor



iPhone 11?

There is much confusion around what Apple will call their next flagship; iPhone 11? XS? X+? or iPhone 9? One thing is sure though, Apple is set to release another “blockbuster” after their latest flagship iPhone X’s success in markets around the world.

The design for the next flagship is not expected to deviate significantly from that of iPhone X, but this one is expected to get upgrades with better battery, faster charging, the iOS12 and definitely the super-speed A12 processor. No doubt it will be the best iPhone when come its expected release in September.

Huawei P11/Huawei P20

The Chinese manufacturer is fast staking its claim to being one of the biggest smartphone players in the world. The successor to the P10 is expected to be announced in February and it will feature the Kirin 970 chip which is claimed to deliver 25 times better CPU performance and 50 times greater energy efficiency.

It is also expected to have major design upgrades, chief among which is ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack.

LG G7

Little is currently known about LG’s next release but the G7 is expected to be quite impressive and feature upgrades on the LG V30. Expected to be announced in February, the LG G7 will likely feature the new Snapdragon 845 processor by Qualcomm and retain the 18:9 display on its predecessor.
