Please advise me. I know little about garri processing though.

Recently I bought haft bag of yellow garri but i travelled immediately and i stayed for 1 and haft month. on getting home the yellow garri had grow mould(spoilled) But white garri hadly do this.

What might cause this please share your experince with me I want to learn.

From my humble opinion the mould may be caused by on of the following reasons;
1. The garri is not allowed to cool after frying and is bagged hot.
2. The garri is placed on d bare floor in Ur storage, the cool of the floor can cause mould. it's advised to store garri in plastic containers with covers
3. The garri is not fried to be very dry. the dryer the product the longer shelf life it has.
