Its so pathetic that no NL could give a direct and perfect response to the first question being asked on this particular trend, we all rather start giving extraneous response regarding an agent somewhere or how to ship one one ice cream machine. I wonder when we'll grow in terms of good internet biz and networking.

What do you want to ship?

Minnesota is a landlocked area, there is no port there if it is something that requires a ship you intend transporting.

If it is a car, you will need to get a truck to transport your vehicle to either Baltimore, MD or Bayonne port, NJ whichever is closer.

You will need to book your shipping with a carrier (Grimaldi, Hoegh, Sallaum etc) prior to delivering your vehicle at the port and you will be issued a dock receipt with which your vehicle will be accepted.

From the east coast, (NJ, NY, MD) it takes about 21 days to get to Lagos while Texas and Florida take about 14 days.
depending on the broker you use, the shipping cost from port to Lagos is $900 - $1100 (This include courier fee to send your BOL).
