Many People who know me Think that I'm a natural born extrovert ,outgoing, Optimistic, Talkative , adventurous and always in action. The reality is much more sad, With me being a mini introvert if that's even a word,Over the years I've acquired some traits that extroverts possess and somehow developed my social skills, But deep down I can't survive without regularly having time away from the world.

THAT BRINGS US TO

We are all bold and Loud all day in life ,and even on our social media, it is normal everybody wants to be heard. The corporate Nigerian environment favours the Golden boy or Girl,the one who is very socially connected,Of course he or she wins people over with very daring ideas and charming outgoing personality.

But what about the other side of the spectrum?
What about the introverts? The ones should who would choose a quiet evening at home reading Over A night out partying with friends..
SOME OF YOU DONT KNOW WHERE YOU FALL,
before diving into the nub of this thread let me quickly help you identify that.

➣ An Introvert is More Productive When Working alone Than with a team ,This kind if a person prefers doing his tasks and work alone as he trusts and only believes In what he does. While Many people avoid addressing and liking into their problems and Introvert Embraced this problems as it helps them Analyze their self better ,An introvert will choose to Observe in a meeting,discussion or gathering with friends and might half of the time be quiet.
Just few points of mine from my perspective ..I don't want to waste your time ,you are all busy and important people ....

NOW TO THE NUB. WHY ARE THEY THE BEST?
As Discussed above ,Introverts are observers ,their observation of people can lead to better understanding of them.This is why quiet people are more likeable because of their observable nature, In a world where everybody wants to be heard , seeing a person who is just ready to listen to you talk is a very attractive and charming trait.I'd adive anybody reading this to try and back their selves to this trait ad it is not only irresistible but people will respect you more when you learn to listen.

Spending Less time Socializing means coming up with so many things to occupy time.
there's always a skill to learn, a book to read, Something to learn e.t.c Spending less time socializing means increase in productivity, Its normal in The Nigerian Society that people tend to be so sucked in the Pleasures of life ,Partying, Gaming, Porn, e.t.c But Introverts Due to decrease in social activity tend to be less vulnerable to all this pleasures because they spend more time trying to develop their so selves , Some may see it as loneliness but I believe Introverts will attain some level of greatness in the future..

AS IN NIGERIA IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE IT WITHOUT THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS IN THE RIGHT PLACES ,THAT CAN ONLY HAPPEN WHRN YOURE EXTROVERTRD AND SOCIALLY ORIENTED. WELL YOU CAN ALSO BE RESERVED AND SOCIALLY CONNECTED ,BUT DONT LET THE WHOLE INTROVERTED THING TURN YOU INTO A SOCIAL OUTCAST.....
