I am working in an organisation where my boss is a born again Christian for sure no doubt about that, but this particular act keep bothering me, our closing time is 6:00pm, we hardly close by 6:00, that is we close latter than normal time. sometimes we close after 8pm, and even 9:00pm but no overtime payment or even something as small as transport, what bothers me most is my part, I resume work before any other person do to my position, if I am late on resumption is a problem. born again Christians here is he right on this? is he not defrauding me on this? please your candid advice . |

Have you tried talking it over with him raising your genuine concerns and he ignored? I think that should be a starting point before judgement. 1 Like |
