Good day fellow intellectual Nairalanders, please I currently work with one of the decision makers in our Organization ( an FG parastatal) Since I was posted to work directly under him I have tried not to displease him because it can be dangerous . Is dangerous in the fact that you will not be present at the meeting were they will nail you with 16inches nail. The more I try the I make some useless mistake which will make him shout at me. Recently I travel to an event with him and other Top directors, I must tell you that am a prisoner even as am in a very good Hotel with them but the race is not easy. I must tell you. I understand that your one day mistake can ruin your hundred years accuracy and efficiency.
What is your experience and advantages of working directly with a decision maker in your company or organization. Share let me learn.
