The sole reason of posting this topic is due to my recent experience during my job hunting.

Nairalanders do you know that all the companies i went to submit my c.v is manned by a woman as their receptionist.

The painful thing is that some of them are rude.

These corporate policy is prejudice because we have many women in the army fighting alongside their male colleagues as combatants so why the policy of only female receptionist.

Because our strong faces would scare away most clients

If I'm going to get information from a company what the heck does that have to do with the sex of the person giving me that information? All I need is competence, tactfulness and resourcefulness from such a person and nothing to do with the person giving me such information with a sugary voice and fine face.

So you dangle the women in front of them. In my firm , we even book exotic women and hotel rooms in advance for all the big wigs..in order to signed that contract. Even banks are notorious for that too. Few of the big madams that came in contact with money are secret lesbians...eg a popular anambra senator, I know very well is a chronic lesbian ..she likes them light-skinned and young( around 19-25)..I don't care ..all I care about is business done.
