I have seen many videos of Nigerians beating up a policeman, but I have never seen just one video of a soldier being beaten up.

[/quote ] Oga if the reduction of Garri cost is so important which is ,you have been a crusader of low Garri cost ,I think you should start to do something practical in order to reduce it cost ,best way is for you to go into Farming ,once the casava is uprooted you can make Garri and make the cost very very low ,its better than expecting all issues to run reduce Garri cost #garricostreduction begins with you .
