NPFL: Nasarawa United’s Poor Run Continues, Dogo Restless by Npflinfo(m): 12:53pm On Feb 28, 2018
After six defeats from 10 games including one at home and a draw, Nasarawa United head coach, Kabiru Dogo, is understandably growing apprehensive with their poor run of form which has left them lying precariously within the drop zone with 10 points out of 10 games.

The defeat to FC Ifeanyiubah in Nnewi on Sunday meant the Solid Miners have gone three games with just one point, a 3-3 draw at home to lowly Kwara United on Matchday 9.

But Dogo was gracious in defeat and was quick to acknowledge that the hosts edged his side in the second half resulting in the lone goal.

He pointed to his players becoming complacent in the last half of the game as the reason they conceded and expressed fears that going three games without a win may have adverse mental effect on the players.
