3. 3 cups of uncooked rice
4. 1 tablespoon of coconut powder
5. 4 scotch bonnet peppers (or as desired)
6. 3 stock cubes
7. 2-Tablespoon curry powder
8. 2-tablespoon thyme
9. 3 medium carrots, chopped
10. 160g of sweet corn
11. 2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
12. 3 medium red bell peppers, chopped
13. ½ cup green peas
